Response Timing and Format

Once we receive your verifiable request, we will respond to it within forty-five days. Should it require more time (up to ninety days) to process your request, we will notify you and provide you with the reason for this. Our written response will contain disclosures that took place within twelve months preceding the receipt of your verifiable request.
